When you login to JRAI you will be presented with a number of folders - within these folders there is an 'Action Link' - this is a collapsible menu - which some browsers are more sensitive to - if you would prefer to change this to a static list of Actions then click on the + sign at the top of the heading - Action List - you will only need to do this once and the setting will remain each time you login.
